And for 2 weeks, the Traveling Kings were made 4. We had such a great time. Now we´re off to Argentina!

However, we decided to opt for flying over these beautiful peaks in a small plane instead of hooked to a flimsy elastic cord. Good choice, as you can see by the smile on this candidate here...

Or, if the jagged ice peaks don´t make your mouth drop in awe, maybe jagged mountains will. Better yet, what about bungy jumping from these jagged mountains? These three considered it in Queenstown...

Maybe you don´t think water in its liquid state renders ´pretty´ scenery. Well, maybe you fancey glaciers? Yep, New Zealand has them too! Here is the Franz Joseph Glacier with two top ice models.

Or is kayaking in beautiful waters with beautiful scenery your idea of ´pretty?´

Or maybe food is your love. If that is the case, what is ´prettier´ than a bowl full of green lip mussles drizzled with warm garlic butter and lemon? As you can see, Becky can´t think of anything better...

Or, still yet, maybe a beautiful B&B like the Shelbourn Villa in Nelson where you can relax with a warm cup of tea on the flower drapped terrace is your idea of a relaxing, peaceful, and ´pretty´ evening...

Or maybe biking along the coast with the mountains in the background such as in Nelson - near the tip of the north island - is more your idea of a pretty cup of tea...

Or maybe you could call seeing Escorial sheep - rare black sheep - grazing in the mountains outside your homestay´s bedroom window prettier...

Well, maybe it does get prettier if you condsider seeing once-in-a-lifetime scenes such as the tail of a sperm whale off of the city Kaikoura in the Canterbury region of NZ.

The beauty of the country is unmatched by any other country that we have visited. I mean, does it get any prettier than this????

...and said hello to Howard and Becky! The 4 of us enjoyed an amazing road trip around the beautiful south island. This country feels like a forgotten treasure with its georgeous landscape, picturesque B&Bs, and virtually untouched countryside (well, virtually untouched by humans...there are more sheep than people here!) We could have stayed here for 5 more weeks...heck, we could MOVE here and live happily ever after in a Cinderalla dreamland!

Hello New Zealand! We arrived in New Zealand shortly after New Years...
